The 12V solar charge controller is a regulator switch that connects the PV panel
collector with the battery , reads the battery voltage and if the battery is not full ,
allows the flow of the current to the battery.
If the battery is full, it cuts off the current flow to prevent the battery from
overloaded and its data corrupted.
The regulator compared to others has the ability to start charging even if the voltage
battery is too low ( 0 volt ) very useful especially when we have permanently connected
charge directly onto the battery and drains it completely.
The technology used is not PWM the charging is done with a constant voltage with
making it ideal for camera systems, dvr, etc.
